Find among the following your “”optional”” more indicated as a component to be mounted on other Quickwood base machine, to integrate its functionality or to assemble anywhere in an existing line.

For transversal rustic, sanding

– Module with one brush for the top or two brushes for the top and bottom, translating from right to left and vice versa.
– Its motion ensures a uniform brushing across the surface, thanks also to the transverse motion and the counter-rotation of the brush, it allows a good penetration while preserving the edges.
– The brush speed and translation can be adjusted electronically.
– Quick release system for the interchangeability of different types of QuickWood brushes and for fast replacement.
– Manual or electric lifting.

For row and laquer top finishing

– System for top sanding and finishing with a roto orbital movement.
– Composed of one, two or more vibrating sliding plug heads (buffers) of a useful length of 1300 mm and distance approximately 550 mm, adjustable in height by gearmotor and served by a digital precision visualizer.
– The orbital shifting is about 10 mm and the vibration frequency is adjustable by inverter.
– Fully automatic rolling/derolling system of abrasive paper. It is timed by an adjustable plc counter, which controls two air motors on each plug.
– Provided with blowing system for the abrasive paper cleaning.

For edge rounding, sanding, shining

– Cup brushing system through an oscillating head that accomodates 7 or 9 brushes of diameter 250 mm with 12/36 radial rotating sanding blades and speed adjustable by an inverter.
– The head itself is oscillating for an excursion of 110 mm with a variable frequency from 20 to 60 times per minute.
– Adjustable in height through a gearmotor and a digital visualizer.
– Developed for an effect of smoothimg the edges and the sanding of the shaped space in confined spaces, lends itself well to other uses such as cleaning (with cloth brushes) or shining.
– Possibility to work with two different abrasive grits, thanks to the inversionl of the brushes rotation.

For Edge Sanding and finishing

– Single vertical brush group system with electronic variation of rotation speed.
– Device for brushing either the straight side edges or shaped ones, through the manual or motorized inclination of the same on the work axis.
– Possibility to switch on-off the brush motor thanks to a photocell and PLC device, so to protect the edges of input and output.
– Automatism for opening/closing of the brushes according to the width of the piece, for a continuous work on pieces of always different width.
– Equipped with protective carter and preform for dust collecting pipes.

For edge sanding and finisching

– Double Vertical Brush system
– Device for brushing either the straight side edges or shaped once,through the manual or motorized inclination of the same on the work axes.
– Equipped with two motorized feeding belts, adjustable in width automatically,with pressure wheels adjustable in height manually to ensure the advancement of the pieces.
– Equipped with locking and self-braking wheels, may be located on the entrance to any machine for a work in combination with the edges – Possibility to switch on-off the brush motor thanks to a photocell and PLC device, so to protect the edges.
– Automatism for opening/closing of the brushes according to the width of the piece, for a continuous work on pieces of always different width.
– Provided with protective hoods with dust collection pipe.

For Edge Sanding and finishing

– Device for brushing the side edges on particular shapes thanks to the ability to tilt and position each brush in a dedicated way.
– Equipped with entry roller and pressure roller to keep firmly the pieces.”

For rustic and top finishing

– Finishing horizontal axis sander, positionableat the exit of any machine.
– It can be fitted as a single group (PA1) or dual (PA2).
– Always combined with electronic frequency variator for rotation speed control.
– Usually set up with abrasiveof much finer grit than the brushes inside of the machine, it is very effective as a means of finishing by removing also any circular skratch that can be seen on soft woods.
– The PA2 model consists of two opposing rotating brushes, which can be mounted on a single cage or can be independent, parallel or inclined up to 5 ° herringbone and / or oscillating crosswise.”

For rustic, sanding and denibbing transversally

– Machine developed for the transversal rustik and finishing through the action of the wide belt, which developesIt develops in the direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the carpet.
– Ideal for an action of lateral dust discharging.
– Equipped with two parallel and vertical sliding supports, it is positionable in height for 0-100 mm.
– Brushing belt on which up to 96 brushes can be mounted.
– Possibility to mount the belt positioned on dedicated tracks on the same direction of the carpet movement.
– Manual or electric lifting.
– Electronic control of the sliding speed.

For surface cleaning of dust on the surface and profiles of the work peice

-Device with arms which rotate on bearings for the surface cleaning from dust residuals.
-Connected to the existing compressed air plant and equipped with cover and dust suction ducts.
-Air consumption is controlled by a photo cell detecting the components. – Manual or electric height positioning is available on request.

For surface cleaning of dust on the surface and profiles of the work peice

-Generates the splitting of molecules in positive and negative ions that allow the materials in the proximity not to attract and be attracted by the machine.
-Avoids the attraction of dust, dirt in general, fire / eplosion risk, shocks from electrostatic discharge to personnel.
-Antistatic generator equipped with two independent units, with output voltage of 7000 V each. – Manual or electric height positioning is available on request
